Turbonique created numerous products sold under the name “Thermolene” including:
•Fuel
•Micro turbine engines up to 1,000 horsepower
•Auxiliary Power supercharger capable of adding 430 horsepower to a standard Chevy 409 engine
•Turbo chargers
•Rocket thrust engines
•Drag axles capable of providing power output up to 1,300 horsepower for drag racing

Turning Lemons into Lemonade with Clever Advertising

Aside from the intrigue such displays of power invoked, Turbonique employed various clever advertising methods to promote their line of products. Through the use of gramophone records and 8 mm film, they often featured their lineup in magazines, a viable method to support their mail order business model.
